"Warning DO NOT use Dr. Bonner for your Physiatrist. I asked before I went there if BCBS was going to cover the visit and they said Yes, a couple of weeks later I got a bill for $240.00. I called the ins. And they say he is not a preferred provider for BCBS and now I am stuck with the bill!!!!!! "
