Almost six months in....

I can't believe I'm almost 6 months in. This is nuts. I'm sitting here with a tummy really pissed at me for eating too quickly (I had an egg and 3 pieces of turkey bacon and ate it all in like 15 minutes - DUMB!) and cannot get over how that would have barely qualified as a snack 6 months ago.I'm officially down 80 lbs as of today's weigh in. I started at 294 and am today at 214. Exactly half-way to goal. I have a long way to go :P I cannot express the difference in how I feel/think/live. I am always evaluating how I could tweak things just a bit to get more out of my life. How to change things up to get a little more exercise, more movement, more enjoyment. I'm so happy I can't see straight - seriously. HAPPY.
