Well where to begin,
I can't begin to tell you how fast I got my approvalI just want everyone to know how fast this has been for me,
Monday the 18th of June at Barix for consult
Tuesday at my PCP
Wednesday faxed out ohip
Thursday papers back
Friday refaxed out
Tuesday the 26 of June approval
Wednesday letter purolated out
Thursday June 28 received call from Barix, PCP and received letter of approval from Ministry of Health.
I am so estatic and excited to finally see the light now just waiting to be scheduled for the surgery!
ok so I now know when the surgery is going to be it is August the 15 2007

ok I may have really messed things up, I filled out the papers, took the photos, and faxed it out, yes I faxed it myself from a government office so keep your fingers crossed for me that I did it right. I sent it out June 20 2007

Hi all,
Well this is the first time I have written in a blog and I don't know if i'll ever do it again however here goes well yesterday was my first visit to the barix clinic and met some wonderful pts just starting this journey and some in other stages of the journey, I saw my family Dr. today and got the forms signed now I am just waiting to make sure that they are filled out correctly by someone who has already filled them out so I can sesnd them off, I wish I new more about where to look for answers. I am so excited about this and know that this will be the only way to loose weight and to be able to keep it off. So wish me luck in this journey.
