Thank you for your kind words! It's honestly not been that bad. Funnily enough the only thing I can say I'd like to have right now is a soda - weird no? Overall, I'm surprised at just how uncomplicated things have been and I'm looking forward to continued weight loss!

how r u? I hope and pray every thing went well with ur surgery which one did u get, how do you feel and email me any time. I hade the vbgw/sleeve 2years ago and feel great! Again GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS!
