Hi Tom, I am so sorry about your losing your Mom. I know exactly how you feel. I lost mine when I was 20 and things are never quite the same again. Best wishes for your continued recovery. BIGGHUGGZZZZ

Tom so sorry to hear you lost your momma. I lost my dad when I was 11 and boy was that tough. I was so close to dad. Anywho CONGRATS on your weightloss. You are doing great! Blessings, Jamie

8-18-03 I just got back to work. YEE HAAAA. I'm sorry for not sharing earlier but my home computer is on the Fritz and My Mom died this month. I am down 65lbs and Sally told me to slow down a bit and start REAL FOOD. YEE HAAAA. I am taking it slow and listening to Sally. I hope to see you all at Sally's meeting on Wed. I am enjoying eating Soups,Chili,Omelettes and fruit. All of you continue to HANG IN THERE and listen to SALLY. She is an Angel. TTFN TOM PUSL
