~~ I have had a few complications ~~
I have had an ulcer from the start & still dealing with it.
I have had issues with my staples coming lose or displaced & now
my staple line is broken & have to have it repaired as of today !
I will find out when my surgery date will be tomarrow.
But, I can say its been worth it & It's a learning & growing process
I am eating 4-5 oz's now & very little beef or pork if none at all. Mostly, fish, turkey, chicken, vegetables, some starach & finally a small salad.
No pop - but, ice tea - water. No alcohol.

I have really done well after surgery ! Size - 34 to 16 almost 14.
My LIFE has changed in many ways - I feel like a new person.
~~ eating habits - walking - health - social - family - friends ~~
Getting ready to have my arms done very soon !

I started @ 402-now = 282 = loss 122 pounds.
My Goal(s)
1. Weight = 175 = Maintain
2. Daily = Excerise
3. Diet = Healthy
Feeling like a new person = updated pictures coming soon.

I have had a few set backs & another major surgery.
But, I have lost close to 80 pounds & losing.
I am looking forward to being able to work out.

Main goal was to get through surgery.
Now - I am well on my way !
Staying Focus & keeping a positive attitude.
I have realized "Support System" is very important.

Back to the hospital on 03/04/2008 with some complications.
Anyway, Back home 03/16/2008.
I have had issues with getting my vitiams dowm.
I did get a pill crusher.
Some foods that I can keep down smooth light yogurt,
pop sicles,cream soups,cottage cheese,apple sauce,protein shakes
- I have realized - YOU HAVE TO GO SLOW !!

1. Open "NOT" Lap
2. Scar Tissue ~ Prior Surgery
3. Staple Line ~ Prior Surgery
4. Many Health Issues - Top Weight 402
~ My Surgery was 02/24/2009 @ 800-1030AM
Surgery Went well - Much better than expected.
Scar Tissue NOT as Bad ~ Stapling was Repaired & Revision Complete.
~ Room 253 - Problems After Recovery Room
1. O2 LEVEL - WENT VERY LOW 60'S
2. ANTHESIT - BODY OVER MEDICATED
3. BLOOD PRESSURE - LOW
~ ICU ~ Late Afternoon Till 02/25/2009 @ PM
~ Room 273 ~ 02/25/2009 ~ Dis-charged 03/01/2009 @ 100PM
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~ Post Surgery ~ 5 DAYS ~ POST~OP
03/01/2009 - Sunday-Home @ 300PM
~Lots of pain - had to go up 18 stairs - Very Tired
No energy to even be on internet/phone - I slepted all night.
03/02/2009 - Monday - 1st full day home-organization with
1.Vitamins 2.Medicines 3.Nutrition ~
Many Moments of being over Over Whelmed
