I hope all is well with everyone . It just dnt seem like it's been a yr. I feel so blessed. I'm still waitin to hit that 199 and I'm one pound away and counting. I feel like once I hit 199 the rest will melt off quick. However I give God the glory for all the weight he has took off me thus far.....I'm SO SUPER excited about going to this New Orleans trip. I just need to get away and let my hair dwn.
I'm so happy to be out of my stall. Aint no stopping me now. I'm still working with my personal trainer and he aint no joke. Trying my best to tone up a lil.
Still trying to stay on top of my eating. Trying so hard to eat more. My dr say eat 6 small meals but I never think about food so it's a lil hard. However I knw I can do all things thru christ. I prayed about this bypass before I decided and I knw it was what God wanted me to do. I wld do it all over again. I'm really enjoying life to the fullest. It's just the small thing like going to Carowinds with my kids and being able to fit on the rides. Makes me wnt to cry. Bending over to tie my shoe. Walking an running at the gym. Im go thankful O.H an I give God the glory
