Off the wagon

Well for the last year I've been putting the weight back on! 7 years post op I can't believe I've put 50 pounds on.  My eating stuff I know I don't need to and snacking on nothing but junk.  I'm really pissed off at myself for letting my self go and now I need to do something about it and quit feeling so for myself. So today is the day I'm taking control of my weight and getting off my ass and do something about it. Stay tune for updates
