Today is my one year Anniversary

Hello Everyone!!!Today is my one year anniversary and I weighed in today just to see what the total was! I am proud to say that I have lost 155 pounds in a year's time. I don't know what the normal is but I have not been 209 lbs since High School and I am so happy :) My Goal is to get down to 160 lbs and then I can have my plastic surgery consultation. This is the very best decision I have made for myself and I encourage anyone who is thinking of doing it to have the surgery. You will not regret it..
