Hello,
This journey is awesome if it is what you truley want to do it isnt just another diet it is a life change!!!!I started out weighing close to #300 lbs I am now down to #126-7 and healthy!!!I am so glad I faught for my surgery and won!!I now have a life to look forward to!! Good Luck to you!!!

Hello again taking the time to update a lil,lol! I am 2 years post op and life is great!!! I have basically been very healthy since my surgery,just recently I devoloped 2 bleeding ulcers but that is my fault..dont ever quit taking your antacid if you are supposed to take it!!! I am down to 115 lbs and wea r a size 3 I never would have thought it possible....just hang in there if you are going thru the process of getting your surgery it is worth it!!! and so are you!!!
