Well today is another day and I thank God for allowing me to see another beautiful one even though it looks like it might rain.  Hey Guys, for those looking for a good Protein Powder, Unjury is off the chain!!! I ordered some on Monday of this week and it came on Tuesday!!!  I didn't indicate overnight delivery!!!  So in case you would like to do your research..visit them at Unjury.com.  You won't regret it.  Now for my nerves....yes, I am about to start pulling my hair out - even though if approved, I've heard that losing hair won't be a problem, (smile), - I'm hoping that the surgeons won't take too long clearing me for surgery.  I want to go to the Center's WLS online patient manager and check on my status, but I might lock my password again!  The anxiety is going to have me walking around with nubs for fingernails!  (lol)  And girls we know how we feel about our nails!  But here's to possibility and the waiting game continues.  By the way, the Unjury chocolate protein shakes is really tasty for all of you chocoholics - myself included.  So until next time, I hope you have a wonderful day regardless of what 'side' you are on.  If you are reading this...I consider  you my family.  Take care

Well today I called the Center and was told that they had received the last of my pre-op tests!!  I hope the surgeons will clear me for surgery and then my file will be forwarded to the Insurance Specialist.  I am crossing my fingers, eyes, arms and legs that the insurance company will see the need for me to have this surgery.  Everyday I am hearing different things about weight-loss surgery and insurances companies.  One of them being, that insurance companies are not approving the procedure because they feel overweight people can lose weight without it.  I, like a lot of you I'm sure, have been 'trying' for 2 or 3 lifetimes to lose to no avail...   I just know that I am really trying to get approved as soon as possible.  Considering insurance companies are allowing approval for the first time this year....I never thought I would say this...but I want to be on the losing side. (smile)  Here's to losing....until next time.  

P.S.  Can anyone tell me how I can spruce up my page?  Looks rather plain, don't you think? (smile)

    I am so happy that I finally decided to take this avenue and share my experience with you.  Thanks to all of the profiles that I've read during the past few weeks for influencing  me enough to register my experience.  I hope to make many friends, those who are 'on the other side' and the ones who like myself are 'newbies'.  So let the 'living' begin. (smile)
