Slow weight loss

So I am almost through my third week and I have only lost between 16-18 pounds. It hasn't moved. Am I doing something wrong? I should have known, my body never does what it's supposed to do. This was my menu yesterday:

7:30 1 cup of decaf tea
8:30 1 Light and Fit Yogurt
10:30 1 cup of 1% milk and a 1/2 cup of granola cereal
12:30 1 pear
1:30 grilled chicken and a couple of bites of salad
3:30 Low fat string cheese
6:30 1 slice of cheese pizza
8:30 popsicle

Am I eating too much?

What is everyone else eating?
