I had my surgery on 4/20, so I am a little over a month post op. When did everyone start actively working out? I mean other than walking? I am ready to start lifting weights, and things like that, but I don't want to overdo it. 

Any suggestions

Good morning everyone. I am 2 weeks post-op, and today is day 1 for my "soft diet". I am allowed to have eggs now, cooked cereals, mushy vegetables, etc. I am just wondering what everyone's experience was with starting this phase of the diet? It was pr
