HELP

My name is Keith A. Bond.  I am 56 years old.  I weigh 540 lbs.  I recently had lap band surgery at the Washington Hospital Center in DC on March 1, 2009.  My weight was 615 lbs at the time of the surgery.   I am in a rehab center in Silver Spring, MD.   I have a severe arthritic knee that has disabled me.  I am trying to locate a rehab facility in the DC area that focuses on arthritic knees.  The facility must have a theraputic pool.  Also, I am battling with the insurance company (Care First - Blue Cross/Blue Sheild) for continued coverage.  Can you help me?????
