Day 9.....

Well...... 9 days into this and all is going well. I've lost a total of 22 lbs so far and am just stoked as can be! Had some stomach spasms today but they only lasted for a few minutes and haven't come back, not sure what that was about but it was pretty intense. Maybe my body adjusting to the liquids vs solids? Not sure, I'll call dr office monday unless it pops up again before. I cheated and took a few bits of mac n cheese tonight Man, it was quite tasty! I can't believe I am FINALLY 6 days from surgery! I have been on this journey for 3 years now and it's finally going to happen ! I am so ready to live a healthier life! So tired of making excuses in my life choices due to my weight. It has held me back WAY too long! I can't wait to take my daughter to an amusement park and actually enjoy the rides with her instead of the fear of not fitting in the safety restraints!
