I received a call from the doctors office today and have scheduled my surgery for November 12th. I have a post op meeting this Thrusday and need to schedule my pre op physical. I am still worried about losing the 10 lbs by the surgery date, the person that set up the time said that the doctor will not do the surgery if I haven't lost the weight. I feel there is enough pressure on me already with all that will be changing in the near future. Some way I will do it because this will be the begining of a new outlook on life. Even though I was expecting the surgery around this time it now seems to have come so fast, I'm afraid and excited about what lays ahead.

I have to lose 10 pounds to help make the surgery go eaiser. I thought it would be so easy knowing that I will then be able to have the surgery. I'm having a very difficult time losing, it has been one month since my visit to the doc and have lsot only one pound. How am I ever going to be able to suceed with WLS if I can't even lose 10 pounds to change my life. Very frustrated.

The surgeons clinic called today and said they have sent everything off to my insurance hopefully I will here something within the next couple of weeks on my approval and a date for my surgery. I have to lose some weight before my surgery and I'm having a hard time losing, it seems everywhere I turn someone is offering me something to eat, I seem to only have so much will power, I hope this gets better after surgery.
