Ok ladies, today's post. I am proud to say I am 6 months in and 65 pounds lighter Yah!!!

Today I am really happy I am 44 pounds lighter and now I can wear a lot of my old clothing.  Thank God!!!

Today Is Feb14, So I just wanted to wish all my
friends a Happy Valentines Day.  To all my Married and Single Sistahs, Single Mother and to those who are in great relationship, I hope you and the love of your life have a wonderful Valentines Day! This is Theresa Brazle with AfricanSisters.com

I am almost 4 weeks into my surgery and I am down 21 pounds, my goal was to lose 40 pounds before my birthday January 10th , but thank God I almost there.

I have been getting really sick lately, since I've started on solid foods I would rather drink my protein drinks than to eat some of the foods I am use to eatting.  ANY comments.

I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year, this is the year for a new beginning in 2008, everything that you did not complete in 2007, now it's time to close the book and start a new chapter.

I really thank God for all his blessings that he has poured upon me and the new thing that he is doing in my life.  Without him I would not have made it this far.  Grace and Mercy kept me and I thank God for this opportunity to live today and to be in his presence.

Last night I had my first dumping, it felt really bad, but today I feel good, I  took my weight and I lost 2 more pounds 13 days into my surgery I lost a total of 15 pounds.
