Okay, here goes. I'm scheduled to have my surgery on October 31, 2006. After considering surgery for more than two years it is now upon me. I am so nervous. This is my highest weight ever. I'm only 28 years old (my b-day was 10/20), and have yet to live life to the fullest. I feel that I am in the prime of my life and I want to make it count.
