Thank GOD!! I was so nervous this mourning when I received a phone call when I was at work from Shaunna from  Dr. Steinberg office. But it was good news!! She told me that she have received my approval letter and I needed to come in on friday to have a gallbladder ultrasound and some other test done.I started to ask her was she for real because I had spoken with the insurance company on last week and they told me 30-45 days(IT TOOK 1 WEEK). I was so happy all day at work I think I worked up all the patients that came through the door.But I am thanking GOD that I have accomplish another step with my surgery even though I went through hell and back with the pulmonologist. Shaunna is so very nice and helpful Dr. Steinberg couldn't ask for anyone better.

Some what happy today very fustrated on yesterday.  But Shawnna called me today with some good news  to let me know that she have got all the paper work she need from me and have submitted it to my  insurance. So hopefully I will be hearing from them soon. Everyone keep there finger cross for me.

What  a  damn  day!!!  I  am  very  pissed  off  today  I  spoke  Shawnna  today  and  she  told  me  that  my  old  doctors  stated  that  they  can't find  my  records. So  I  called  myself  and  I  talked  to  Barbara  and  she gone  tell  me  that  they  bought  the  practice  2yrs  ago  and  the  records  probable  was shredded  by  accident.   I  told  her  a  have  much  knowlegde  about medical  records  ant  they  have  to  be keep  on  file  for  7yrs. She   kept  trying  to  give  me   these  excuses  but I  tried  to  explain  to  her  I  work  in  the  medical  field  as  well. But  I  have  contacted  the  Mississippi  State  Board  of  Licensure  and   filed  a  complaint  and  for  what   they  tell  me  it  don't  look  so  good  for  them  cause  that  is  not  acceptable. But  Shawnna  did  tell  me  to  write  a  letter  so  she  can  submit  it  to  my  insurance  with  my  other  info  so  hopefully  it  want  be  a  problem.      So  I  am  praying  that  this  work  and  hopefully  I  would  get  an  answer  back  from  the  insurance  soon  since  she  Shawnna  say  it  only  take  a  few  days.  Lets  wait  and  see and  everyone  pray  for  me!!!!

Some  good  news  today!  Spoke  with  Dr. Steinberg  staff  and  they          stated  that  they  have  all the  information  they  need to  submit  to   my  insurance  company. Unfortunately  Shawanna   is  out  of town  and  it   want   be  submitted  until  she  get  back on  Tuesday   but she  did  tell  me   that  it only  take  a  couple  of  days  for  my  insurance  company   to  get  it  approved. Next  time  I  hope  I have  some  really   good  news   a   SURGERY DATE!!!!!
