Hi Theresa! Just wanted to share that both my Dr and nutritionist recommend Calcium Citrate (Citracal is the brand I use, 1200-1500 mg's/ day) because our new plumbing absorbs the most of it vs others. Best wishes to you on your weight loss journey.

Thanks for the good luck wish. I just read your profile. I just want to say good luck and stay with it. I have been trying to get this done for 2 years in March. I know what your going through. My husband was always telling me that maybe God was trying to tell me something. I would tell him "yeah that he don't like me" ha ha... Just kidding,, anyway things do take forever but when they call you and give you a date, you will not beleive that its finally happing. Thats the way I feel right now. I just have this vision that something is going to happen between now and next Tuesday. Good luck
