Aww hi sugar bugger!! My computer died. I am in houston this week. Daughter had her baby 7'2 20 1/4 inches Ashlyn Raine ...she's the most beautiful baby i have ever seen (winks) gawd its true ...grandparenting is awesome (first timer here) love em and send em home with mom at night wahoooooooo LOL anyway I haven't written or been online due to that darn pc dying... someone is in process of working on it now but if you dont hear from me for a while longer im alive just waiting to reconnect. Surgery is May 28th 7:30am wahooooo kinda wish time would slow down..wierd huh!!! keep in touch girl I adore your pic... *pinches cheek*

Theresa, try www.vitalady.com - she has samples for $1.99 each (one serving) and all of the protein she carries is appropriate for WLS patients since she (Michelle Curran) and her DH had RNY several years ago. There's also a yahoo group, ossg-protein, that shares a lot of good protein info and ways to doctor up the shakes. My trainer also suggests checking vitaminworld - they have a large container of whey protein at a pretty good price. Incidently, my son has had protein drinks with milk every morning for years - he's never been a breakfast eater and this helped him get something nutritious before school - he's 21 now and still likes protein shakes! Theresa, I found some wonderful samples at www.wlssuccess.com. If you want me to, I will share my experiences. But, I think their prices are pretty good. I also check out an organic based grocery store here that I can get decent prices at. Anyway, if I can help, let me know.I am a single mom, so understand budget constraints. Good luck!!

Thank you for your well wishes..you made my day! I read on your site that you have twins with a Sept. 3rd birthday. I have only one child, an amazing little boy, and his birthday is Sept. 3rd! He will turn 4, wonder how much weight I will have lost for his birthday party? I just want to be so healthy for him, my DH, and myself! It is wonderful to meet you! Best of luck with everything!!
