What a blessing this trip has been....loosing still, had a lower body lift, getting ready to do my arms and my boobs and I weigh 173.5 today which is amazing almost high school weight for me. Working out daily or close to daily. Still eat a lot less than what I used to eat, but I dont watch the calories so I work hard at the gym. Probably, or definately could loose much more if I watched. I try to watch fats, but carbs are my downfall too. Anyway, life is good...I will update after June 3 which is my next surgery.

Doing quite well still. I have been at about 192 to about 195 for a couple of months 
, but I know that I have not been eating 'properly' and everytime that I do step up the exercise and watch more closely what I eat, I loose a little more. I am happy at 192, but I want 165 like when I was in High School. I am still going to try for that. But in the meantime I am having so much fun and feeling so great. I love being so much thinner. I was about 322, and now I am 192, so that is 132 pounds lost since my Sleeve Gastrectomy. I am happy

I am just so happy to be alive now, since my surgery, my life has just changed so much, for the better.
I am happier, I am energetic, and I feel like I look so different and look so much better.
I can honestly say I have the ability now to do things I have not been able to do for years!
I am going back to school, working, and putting together a business, plus running meetings for the community! Talk about Energy!! Whoooohoo!
I can put on my own shoes! My kids used to have to help me with that!
I can reach the floor with my hands! I was so amazed in my Yoga class, when I bent at the waist and went all the way down to the floor, easily just the other day!!
I am getting Flexible!!!
I can run!!
I can walk, even distances I never thought I could!
I can play with the kids now. I can get on the ground to play and I can run after them!
I am optimistic!
I can sit in any seat now, without that 'fear' of being embarassed.
I can actually take a bath now, yes I used to only be able to fit in the shower, but now I can get in the tub!
I can dance, for hours!
I can eat anything, but I eat with my hunger not with my head!
Yeah, this really is the best time of my life! I have a business I am working on, clubs and meetings, a gym, great kids, great man, and I am really having so much fun that I have to just thank my God for all He has done for me! And I want to especially thank Him for making this surgery a possibility for me!
