Ok so yesterday i was seven months out!! already?!?!?! wow!!! its been anamazing seven months.  i have lost 145lbs and only have 55lbs to go to hit my goal weight of 160 by end of feb.  I was able to put on my goal jeans last week!!! that was exciting!!! they are a size 14 and not plus!!! i think i was in 7th grade the last time i wore that size.  I was absolutely amazed! Its so awesome i would do this again in a heartbeat.  It astounds me when i look at preop pics or put the measuring tape back to the original measurements before surgery every month when i do my measurements.  Its so hard to believe that that was me and at the same time i will never forget it.  Its hard to believe how much i have changed and its hard to see it in the mirror.  In pics i can tell but when i look at myself i see the old me and thts hard and a lot to deal with.  the extra skin doesnt help much either but i cant do anything about that for a while anyways.  But everything has gotten much easier. i am still eating 2oz of food and not feeling hungry.  I am not getting sick as much but i def have my moments.  I've pretty much got a good routine down for everyday.  I have been taking all of my vitamins everyday (without forgetting) for a good few weeks so hopefully that keeps up bc i forget stuff so easily these days and its usually the evening vitamins i forget.  My anxiety is still horrible.  My friend asked me to go out with her saturday and my anxiety has been horrible about it all week and the closer it gets to saturday the worse it is so hopefully im able to get over my anxiety and go out. that would be nice...we will see....but so far these last 7 mos have been  great hopefully it continues.  :ast month i lost almost 18lbs!!! yay!! my goal this is 10lbs so hopefully i will hit it.  Ive started to increase my exercise i want to increase protein too that way i wont plateau so early im dreading when that happens....
