Ok so 1/2 i was 11 mos out.  i have lost 189lbs and have 11 to lose to hit my goal!!! i want to do this by the end of feb so i really hope it happens that would be great! i have certainly surpassed my expectations already so thats great...my goal jeans (to wear by feb) was a 14reg and i am in a size 10 so i definitely beat that one. i cant believe it.  i cant believe its already almost been one year and still feels like it was just yesterday that i had the surgery.  i will never forget that first day of surgery or any day after for that matter.  I am so glad i have been successful with this and hope it continues for years to come...one of my only concerns now is getting all this skin removed oh how i wish ins would cover it as it is medically necessary but what can you do?
