Heyy everybody I am 4 days post-op today.  I'm so confused about what to eat. I'm so afraid that I'm gonna eat something that I'm not suppose to eat. I have cried most of the day beacuse I'am so afraid of being a failure! I don't know If I'm just tripping or if I need to just chill out and think positively about my wls journey! Please Pray for me!
