Hello all! Well my big day is tomorrow (Tues), I am on liquids all day today, I have just started my bowel prep (what a nice thing to talk about), I am starting to hear rumbles and I'm begining to feel horrible and light headed. I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has mailed me. It is so good to know I'm not the only one in the world who is doing this. I have just fed my husband and kids a huge lunch....it looked sooooooooooo good! I will update when its all over! Thanks again everyone. xxxx

Tina, I don't know about the Dannon but the Yoplait Light has 14g of sugars, but they are all from the lactose in the yogurt. I have been living off of it since surgery a month ago and have not dumped at all. Tami

Hi Tina, I am having my surgery on September 3rd to! I am in Green Bay Wi and am having the surgery in Milwaukee! Had all my pre-surgery tests done today. I am scared one moment and excited the next, which from all our amos family is completely normal! I am sending you best wishes and prayers to keep you safe and healthy! Hello Tina, Congratulations on your upcoming surgery. We are going to the "other side" on the same day!! I will be at the Bariatric Treatment Center in Belvidere Illinois. It is so hard to believe that it is only 9 days away!! I feel like I am on a bit of a roller coaster between excited and scared. But mostly excited. I am confident that I am making the best decision for my future!! I look forward to sharing our progress! I know that walking and coughing and deep breathing is the first recovery step, so I have my family cued to keep me moving! God Bless you for a speedy recovery and an easy transition to a new life!!
