The OPTIFAST is getting easier. I have lost a total of 13 ponds. I did gain about 10 before the OPTIFAST. I eat what ever I wanted to. Went and seen Dr. Dan today. He is very caring and understanding. I am glad that God has choosen him to be the one. I understand the risk of the surgery and I understand the risk of not having the surgery. The risk of surgery seems like nothing compared to the risk of not having the surgery. I am already taking a third of the insulin I was befor OPTIFAST.
