Starting over

 Ok I am not happy with how much I have been losing lately. I need to get myself under control. I am bad about protein. It is hard to find good tasting items that contain protein. Protein shakes are gross and bars I can't stand. I try to put alot of meat and cheese in my diet that are high in protein, but I don't think it is cutting it. I decided to keep a food journal and maybe that will help.  I am going to start on the hunt for some type of protein that I can stand. I have been bad about taking my vitamins. Taking them are like a meal alone. I just need to get on track and get back. I am drinking my water so at least that is one thing that I am doing right. I have lost 91 pounds so far. 30 before surgery and 61 after. Not too bad. Ok I am done venting.
