I'm so glad to hear you were approved....Dr. Haicken is amazing expect the best treatment in the hospital and by him! I'm 4 months post op 62 lbs lighter and lovin life. I was never nervous...i trusted dr. haicken with everything i had...very VERY good doctor! dont ever worry...honestly the worst part is taking the golytely the day before the surgery...haha good luck!

Thank you to everyone who posted on my surgery page. I didn't even know that this existed until now! :o) Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. My poor fingers are crossed so tightly all the time that they may get stuck like this! :o) Don't think I will risk crossing the toes, If they got stuck, I'd never find shoes! Hi Tracey, Well I just received your message on the post board. I think it's totally outrageous how these insurance compaines are handling WLS. As a community we need to stick together and fight these insurance compaines and stand up for our rights. To many of us just run and hide and take no for an answer, why pay monthly if when we need to use the insurance it's not aviable. Well I think your right we do need to email the Governor and anybody else we could bother. Well congratlations on your up coming surgery think positive and also pray. And I truly wish that all goes we.. Take care
