My, My, My. Another month has flown by. I just can't say how much this tool is changing my life. My family and I went on a camping trip to northern Arkansas (if you live there...I am jealous!). We HIKED on Mt Nebo, and we even ventured into a 550 feet deep cave at Devil's Den State Park. It was AWESOME! I never, I mean never, would have done these things 7 months ago. 7 months ago, I would dread walking up stairs. I actually would count the stairs in my head as I stepped each one. As if saying "I am huffing because that was 18 steps" really was an excuse. I now park on the top floor of the parking garage at work to intentionally walk down and then back up them. I try to find ways to push myself. The caves were so much climbing and balancing, bending, etc. I NEVER looked at it as work only FUN! Me and my family grew so much stronger and closer on this trip that we have begun planning a "summer tour". We want to do it all next summer. Things we couldn't do before. Life is Great!Onto scale victories! I, somehow, managed to sneak in a 10lb loss this month. This is great considering I was on the heels of consecutive 8lbs a month losses. I didn't make this months goal.. actually I just made last months goal today! But...It's all good! I feel great! Who knew having nothing to wear would feel so damn great? Best of luck to all of you.
