ONE MORE DAY TIL SURGERY!

Well here I am, one more day until my surgery. 
Nervous, anxious, worried. My son is arguing with me cuz I want him to eat, he doesn't want to because I can't. I told him I chose to do this and was aware that I wouldn't be able to eat for 3 days before surgery. I just can't wait until this is over and i'm on the road to recovery. I hate hurting his feelings, he is worried about me getting the surgery. He has cried and asked me not to do it, I keep telling him that I'm gonna be ok and how i'll be healthier and more active to do things with him. I really hope I do make it through ok because I would never want him to lose me....

NOT GIVING UP! I AM BETTER THAN THAT! I CAN DO THIS!!! So here I am, my 5th day on my diet and down 6 pounds! Feeling better than that day. I can do it!

So I started the Lean and Green diet today. I went for my consutation yesterday and got my initial weigh in, I need to lose 26 pounds pre-op. I had an EKG done and blood work and a urine test. I go back February 3rd to meet the Doctor. The case coordinator said I am most likely looking at The beginning of March, possibly the end of February for surgery! The PA said I was a good candidate since I dont have health problems. Im so excited. This diet is a little hard to adjust to, but I think i'll be ok. Any suggestions for meals would be great!
My First Appointment

So, tomorrow is my first appointment at Ellis Bariatric Center. I am super excited. Im hoping it will be stress free considering I have to bring my son and the 2 year old I babysit, with me. LOL. I also hope it doesn't take a long time before I get on the table! I know im going to have to lose 26 pounds which shouldn't be too hard. We shall see! I'll write more after my appointment.
