So BCBSMO required a 6month nslws diet.........thank God I started tracking my food and exercise on myfitnesspal.com.

I orignally sent my coordinator 3 months worth, but got a call from my caseworker that I needed 3 more months....

She faxed it today at 10 am and I got a call from my insurance caseworker that I'm approved....
