Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Haaaaaappy Anniversary!! Today is my one month anniversary of my surgery and am soooo glad I finally did this. I have lost 55 lbs since I started my journey and feel so much better. Can't wait til I have lost 50 lbs post-op. I encourage anyone thinking about WLS to do just do it. It is a life changing feeling. You feel so much better, you have more energy for doing things, and yes it is hard, but anything worth doing is going to take some getting used to. Changing your health is always a good thing!Laters!
