last 10 lbs - been trying to loose the last 1bs...scale hasnt budged in 2 1/2 months, i have tried switching things up ....trying to up my excersize, which is sorta hard cuz i do have fibromyalg...

when does it stop? - i had RNY 9-27-10, started at 313, down to 185 now, wearing a size 12 or 14 (from a 28-yikes), i am 5 ft 5 in,feel great, dont mind being this size,and could be happy where i am at...
