NO "Constant Craving"

I LIVE TOTAL WELLNESS EACH DAY WITH PATIENCE AND KINDNESS
                      COURAGE - CONSTANCY - CONFIDENCE - COMMITMENT

I feel Great Today!
I have been exploring this feeling I am NOT having, "Cravings!" Not just food cravings but all cravings. Before I met Dani, (5 yrs ago) I used to "crave" really badly...what I was craving I don't know. I would go from one thing to the next trying to get satisfied, food, alcohol, people, things, jobs, cities, read books on everything trying to find "Peace" but there was always this "Constant Craving." WELL, it has only been RECENTLY that I NOTICED that I do not have that "craving" anymore. I am sure it went away years ago, BUT I only recently NOTICED it was gone. Since I have been losing weight, eating and living healthy I have been noticing nuances in Me, little changes, feelings that I could not feel or identify before My weight loss and health changes. I am so curious about the "craving" change that I even went to YouTube and listened to K.D. Lang (Constant Craving) trying to understand what that craving MIGHT have been...heck she didn't know either, she suggested several things in her song but she couldn't put a finger on it either (Great Song.) I am just so pleased that I recognized that it is gone...the craving is gone but My passion, enthusiasm, desire, aggressiveness and risk taking are still intact. What is gone is the "craving" and then searching for something that I could not put My finger on. As I have said before, losing weight will make you more self aware, I believe because for those of us that have struggled with obesity, and then food to some degree has become manageable, there is a release-a freedom; and with that freedom comes an awakening of our potential and the ability to fulfill that potential. Even Oprah with all of her success said when she lost weight she felt like she could "fly" even though she was in the midst of her success. Yes, losing weight for those of us who have always struggled with obesity will release Great Self Awareness and Great Self Empowerment, how each of us use it raises another question. Maybe even regaining the weight (NOT just 10, 20 or 30 lbs. BUT 70, 80, 100+) is a sub-conscious reaction that the person can not or is not prepared to handle this new Self Awareness and feelings. If a person is not ready Spiritually, Emotionally, Psychologically and Mentally for these new feelings great damage can occur. Regaining all that weight back may be the mind's way of protecting the person. Anyway, I'm just exploring these new feeling or lack of certain feelings as food and alcohol become more and more subjugated in My Life. ALLAHU AKBAR!!!!!!!
