It has been a rough 7 months, I am just now starting to feel better. I have been in the hospital several times and have had 3 more surgeries. Including a hysterectomy and appendectomy. I was so anemic and dehydrated I ended up in the hospital so many times I have now lost track.
*I am at my goal of 160lbs. I have lost a total of 125 lbs. I am in a size 8/10. Which when I went in to the surgery I was a 26/28.
Sice my recent hysterectomy I have recovered and now getting strong enough to start an exercise program......It feels good.

Surgery Tomorrow

Tomorrow is my surgery, I can't believe it is already here. In a few hours I will begin the bowel prep which I am not excited about. I am going to try to stay busy so I am not anxious all day.
I have to be at the hospital at 9:45 on thursday and it is a 2 hour drive, my surgery is for 11:45, so we will be leaving pretty early.
I am going to stay positive about all of this and I feel confident about by surgeon. My mom is going to take me to the hospital and stay there until I get out of surgery. My sister is going to have my kids part of the time and their dad the rest until the day after I get home.
I am looking forward to being on the other side.

Getting Nervous

Well I can say I am really getting nervous. My pre-op appoitment went good. I need to get everything in order. My kids need to have somewhere to stay when I am gone. And I need to get all the supplies I need when I come out of the hospital. I can't believe it is actually going to happen. It seems like there will be something getting in the way.

My sister got back from having her WLS a few days ago. It has been hard for her to be around me and my kids since she is on liquids. I don't know how it will be for me when I will be preparing food for my kids.
I need to loose a few more pounds before the surgery or they may postpone it.
I don't want that to happen, the surgery coordinator had a hard time getting me in before the holidays. She was looking for a date in January, but was able to do the December 7th. Which is one exact month after my sisters surgery.
