Hi Angela, I am so sorry that you have had such a terrible start with your journey. I'm praying that things will turn around for you and you will feel better and get home ASAP. Please keep us posted and as soon as you are able please relate all your experiences on your profile. It is good that every pre-op learns that this surgery is sometimes "Not a bed of roses". Take care and feel much better soon. BIGGHUGGZZZZ

I talked to Angie this morning (YES--she is still in the hospital!). She sounded much better...not as weak and drugged as last time. She said they may let her go home Friday. She has had a nightmare of an experience. Everyone pray for her and send her words of encouragement. Right now she is wishing she never had this surgery (and I don't blame her after what she has been through). She needs our love and support!

Angie is still in the hospital and I went to visit her yesterday. She had various problems last week including excessive pain, vomiting after drinking the protein shakes, and feeling absolutely horrible. They gave her three bags of blood because her blood cell count was very low. Then, she had to have another surgery Sunday. She had a blockage in her small intestine and it filled with clotted blood. They fixed it and her family tells me she is 100% better than before surgery! She was upbeat and looked great when I visited her. They were going to do more tests today and hopefully she will get to go home soon. Keep her in your prayers!!!
