My 9th year anniversary

I was so pleased to see the reminder in my email today that it was 9 yrs ago today that I started this journey. My life has changed in so many ways as a result of taking that step, that I would not begin to know where to start. Suffice to say that I am healthier, happier, have greater life enjoyment, and a larger friend network then I would even have considered before. My only complaint, was what the heck took me so long! Even with those really rough early days of surgery recovery, I do not regret this one bit.
