Thank you for the best wishes on my surgery. Everything went as expected and I was discharged Friday, Nov 17. The night did not go to well for me and this morning I was really wondering if I was a sane person or not! I tried some of my protein shake last night and it just seemed to get stuck, felt like a rock sitting in my chest! This morning I decided to start over with water and try to get some of my pain meds down. It had been 12 hours since the last one! It seemed to work. I took one pain pill then waited and ate about 1/2 scrambled egg and took the other pill. I am feeling much better. I am sticking with my Profect today with water and straight liquids to try and get back on the right track.Thanks for your thoughts and I'll post again soon!
