My name is Jolene, I am 46 years old. I live in San Diego with my husband and two great kids. I have struggled with my weight on and off since the birth of my son 20 years ago. In my teenage years I stayed thin by starving myself and Im sure I was anorexic during that time. I have tried every weight loss program- optifast, weight watchers, Jeni Craig, Medical Reduction Clinic and most recently- the patch! Over the years my blood pressure has risen and I now suffer from acid reflux (GERD). I am excited and anxious about my decision to have gastric bypass- Roux En Y.
