Are you willing to share?

What works for you?  On my job, we share the things that work for every office, it gaves everyone the opportunity to learn from others, get ideas or develop your own, to help each other to achieve a goal.  I our daily life this should be an option, it would help us keep an open mind status and avoid falling in the same routines that may lead us down the hill instead of up the hill. Are we eating the same food over an over again? Are we looking for new options to stay motivated? New ways to cook and present the food?  Sometimes a small change makes a big impact.  So lets get this wave started!!!!  Looking forward to learn from you.

For example if I feel that I am getting tired of yogurt I add some brown rice with almond and dried cramberies that I buy at Cotsco(of course is just some crumbles, not too much that will ruined my intake), I also do something similar if I feel overwhelmed with the milkshakes or powder protein mixes, I add 1/4 cup of fat free no sugar added Turkey Hill icecream or frozen yogurt.
