I'm happy as a lark today.  Even though this wasn't one of my immediate goals i still had to share.  Today is the official 150 lbs lost.  I'm so excited.  Bouncing up and down excited.  My nut gave me a weight range of where they would consider my surgery a sucess.  The weight range was 170 to 190.  Well I weigh 187 so I guess I'm successful.  Last week I was really thinking of putting my next goal at 180, will rethink on that some more.  And according to the bmi indicator I'm just overweight.  not obese or morbid obese.  Praise be.  My other new news is that I wore a skirt on Saturday that was a large.  OH MY.  I am currently in 16 or 18.  mainly stretchy 16s the 18s seem to be to big but some 16s are too small.  Go figure
