Finally Home

Well, I fianlly made it home on Saturday. Had a complication during the lap RNY. An artery was knicked and I tried to bleed out. They had to open me wide to stop the bleeding. I am pretty sore, have about 35 staples in my belly. Very uncomfortable.
I feel cheated a bit, depressed that I am having problems. Watched a lady walk out of my room on Thursday, who had the same surgery the same day but no complications and she almost skipped out of the room. There I laid still getting morphine.
I know it is going to get better but it is hard to see that light at the end of the tunnel.
The ride home was a killer. Who thought your belly jiggled that much when you rode in a vehicle.
