Just a quick note to say I am down 41 pounds in 10 weeks. Yay me.

I am eight weeks out today and down 36 pounds. My bmi is now at 32 and was 38. Go me.

I hit the minus 30 pound mark today 61 to go.

Ok I know I am not the only one from Ohio.

Down 2 more pounds this week. Six weeks out and down 28 pounds.

I just got a message from Jude 44 wanting my address and other info. I deleted it.

Where did everyone have their surgery done? Who is you doctor? I had mine done at Riverside in Columbus by doctor Sonnenstien. I am 5 weeks out. 26 pounds down.

I am 5 5.I wanted to get down to 140 but my doctor said no lower then 155.

I ended up in the er last night with sever pain in my stomach. Cat scan was clear. I took laxatives yesterday and tried an enema today and nothing. I called my doctor and he said to try Mir a lax and Milk of magnesia. Anyone else have this problem?
