I am 31, happily married and have a wonderful 4 year old son named Dylan. Dylan is so active and I was experiencing that I was unable to keep up with him which in turn was holding him back from doing the things that he loved to do. I did not want to spend another summer sitting on the deck watching my son play ball and ride his bike. I want to be able to do those things with him. About a year ago when I turned 30 it appeared that I was also starting to develop some serious health problems. Sleep Apnea, GERD, urinary incontance, diabetes and several other problems. After trying to lose the weight on my own and failing I decided this is serious and started checking into weight lose surgery. That is when I found Dr. Snyder. I had to battle with my insurance for about 4 months but have now been approved and am having surgery on May 21st.
