I am 49 and have been overweight for at least the past 23 years. I have three college age kids and haven't had any family photo's taken in 20 years. I have been too embarrassed to have a photo of myself on the wall. I hide my face whenever there is a camera
around.
Three years ago, I found out I was diabetic. I just couldn't figure out why I was so tired all the time. Now three years later, I am so hoping that the diabetes will go away with this surgery.
I am so ready to start a new chapter in my life. I am so thankful that my insurance will cover the surgery. Oct 14th is the big day!
