I know that a many of us have the same problem, no matter how much weight we lose we still see ourselves as the preweightloss person. I stated in one of my last blogs that buying a new pair of pants was the eye opener for me. A few days ago I looked at a new picture of myself that a friend of mine had taken and I realized that I had a waist that was visible, I also went to my storage building and put on a shirt that I probably was barely able to wear one or two times and now it fits great. to truly see the accomplishments we need to look at both the scale and nonscale victories.
