Hey Guys,

I just wanted to stop by. I am a little more than ashamed that I haven't updated in quite some time. I promise to update more on my one year. I took a quick picture with my blackberry. I believe I am down from 364 to 233. Wow! One year and down from a 28 to a size 14 and Large size tops. I will update more on 02.12 (my 1 year surgiversary)
