I'm 45 years old and have been overweight my entire life. I always had self confidence sort of at least on the outside. I weight 245 pounds and I am planning on RNY surgery in July or August. I'm nervous and anxious and worried about how drastic my life is going to change. I came out here for some sugguestions and support.
