Last Visits & Paperwork

I had my last Nut visit today. We went over the post-op diet for the first 4 weeks again, protein intake and vitamin regimen.

I also brought in my 6-months worth of PCP office notes. I had to bring them in personally because it seems that my PCP never faxed them to the surgeon's office. It was so frustrating that I waited (and wasted!!) a whole week and they were never faxed to my surgeon. I just think that I could've had a surgery date by now.  I guess now I'll have to wait until sometime early next week before the surgeon's office calls me to talk about submitting my paperwork to my insurance. *Sigh* I hate waiting.
